Construction Manager Job Description:
- Manage the construction of the project, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety on the job site, pre-cons, monitoring of the crew’s progress, crew evals, making sure daily production goals are met.
- You will provide support to handle any field related issues that may arise throughout the project.
- CM’s will be responsible for making weekly packages for the crew and if any change orders are need for out-of-scope work.
- CM will be responsible for As-builts, driving out the job and closing the job.
Qualifications:
- Pay is based on experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering, 12 months’ experience as Construction Manager, Project Coordinator or Related Telecommunications Construction. Special Requirements: Must know MS Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
