Wine World is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join our Cheese Department. If you enjoy working with artisan cheeses, charcuterie, gourmet foods, and helping customers create memorable meals/ charcuterie boards/ experiences, we would love to meet you!
This position is perfect for someone that appreciates quality foods, has an eye for presentation, can think and act quickly under pressure, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to learn. Experience with cheese or charcuterie is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude.
Pay
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and package artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and gourmet foods.
- Create beautiful charcuterie boards and maintain displays within cheese coolers
- Help customers select cheeses, charcuterie accompaniments, and other essential pairings.
- Operate the cash register and provide outstanding customer service throughout the store.
- Receive, rotate, and stock merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Learn about our products so you can confidently make recommendations to customers.
- Assist with special events, tastings, and holiday merchandising when needed.

Experience
Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, deli, catering, coffee shops, grocery, specialty food, or customer service is helpful, but not required. We provide training and are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
