An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Join a growing Home Care Company with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. Pay is $50-$60 per visit, with OT evaluations at $80.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide skilled OT services to improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living.

Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications as needed.

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.

Supervise COTAs as appropriate.

Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Requirements:

Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Prior home care experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
