We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to become the first smile our customers see and the friendly voice they hear when they contact our dealership. This is a key role within our organization, and we're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Assist customers, vendors, and guests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the sales and service departments with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other office duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
