We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of software solutions for clients. This role serves as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation, training, and post-deployment support. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements to develop implementation strategies.
Configure, customize, and deploy software solutions based on client needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, implementation timelines, and technical documentation.
Partner with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical guidance, system training, and implementation support to clients and internal users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical, configuration, and integration issues.
Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to deployment.
Manage multiple implementation projects while meeting established timelines and deliverables.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend process improvements.
Stay current on emerging technologies and implementation best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing enterprise software, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related technology role.
Experience working directly with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Experience configuring and implementing software solutions.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
Familiarity with software development concepts and implementation methodologies.
Understanding of project management principles and implementation best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
This position is classified as Light Work and may require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
