Senior Attorney (Corporate Law)

Join our established eight-attorney firm where quality of work and quality of life come first. We're seeking an experienced attorney (10+ years) to work closely with the Managing Partner and play a key role in serving clients and supporting the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities
· Advise clients on corporate legal matters
· Manage complex legal matters independently
· Develop practical, business-focused legal strategies
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
· Contribute to the firm's long-term growth and success
Qualifications
· J.D. and active license to practice law
· Minimum 10 years of legal experience
· Strong background in corporate law
· Real estate experience is a significant plus
· Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Sound judgment and a client-focused approach
