Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist II to support the Federal Aviation Administration – PSS Contract.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Education: High School Degree or Higher

Years of Experience: 5/7 Years

Strong analytical/critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to quickly identify and help address project challenges

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, and team members

Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and balance complex projects to facilitate tight project deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but not limited to:

Provide Administrative Support.

Provides administrative support to assist with administrative duties.

Support the development and maintain the office roster, phone list, and recall roster for federal support contract employees and extended team members.

Distribute to team members in applications as directed by group/team leadership.

Support mail distribution to include, daily mail delivery to FOB 10A, administer the
maintenance and operation of the reproduction center, coordinate Federal Express and express mail services for assigned groups/teams.

Support offsite meeting planning, including conference room scheduling.

Support the development and maintain group/team calendars.

Support the coordination of team travel on internal spend plans and review in E2 travel system.

Support maintaining KSN for group/team.

Support data tracking and input for the team.

Provide writing quality control for the team.

Provide communications organization for the team as directed by leadership.
