Assistant Restaurant Manager
A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations and lead shifts.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Support labor, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
- Monitor sales and operational performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive team environment.
- Report equipment and facility maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of scheduling, inventory, labor, and cost control.
- Reliable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
