West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Merchandiser – Beer & Beverage (Lansing Area)
Starting Pay: $17.75/hr.
- $18.25 after 90 days
- $18.75 after 1 year
Plus: Gas Card | $160/month auto allowance | Monthly phone reimbursement
Looking for a physically active job where the day goes fast and you’re not stuck behind a desk? We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout the Lansing area. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys moving, organizing, and working directly in stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stocking beer and beverage products in retail stores
- Rotating inventory to ensure freshness
- Building displays and setting promotions
- Keeping shelves organized and full
- Communicating with sales and delivery teams
Schedule & Hours
- 5 days per week
- 40–50 hours per week
- Weekend availability required
- Some holiday work required

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and self-motivated individuals
- Prior merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or retail stocking experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to lift and move beverage cases as part of daily work
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
