About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-tolerance components that drive critical industries forward. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC operation and blueprint interpretation to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production workflows.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to achieve precise engineering specifications.

Analyze technical blueprints and CAD models to translate design requirements into finished, high-quality components.

Select and calibrate appropriate tooling and fixtures to maximize machine performance and minimize downtime.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision metrology tools like CMM, calipers, and micrometers to guarantee compliance.

Perform proactive equipment maintenance to ensure operational reliability and peak production efficiency.

Partner with production teams to refine machining processes, effectively reducing cycle times and waste.

Maintain detailed production logs and material usage records to ensure accurate inventory and process tracking.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all facility protocols and maintaining an organized workspace.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a professional machining environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in operating both CNC and manual machining equipment.

Advanced ability to interpret complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.

Proven track record of using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Technical certification or Associate degree in Machining or Manufacturing Technology.
