Position Summary
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will manage all aspects of guest accommodation — from check-in and reservations to handling inquiries and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the hospitality industry, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help create a pleasant, professional, and memorable stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Perform End-of-Day procedures.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information (contact details, dates of stay, etc.).
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees.
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.

- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
