All-Star Trade Pros is on fire — our Plumbing Division launched just 6 months ago, and customer demand has already outpaced capacity! Our Plumbers are booked solid, and we need a Fourth All-Star plumber ready to jump in, grow fast, and take advantage of the huge volume of work already coming in — especially on weekends.
We’re looking for a licensed Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber who’s hungry to grow, wants to earn strong commissions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll get consistent calls, solid guaranteed pay, and the support of a company that’s expanding rapidly across Austin.
If you're an apprentice with the documented hours to get your tradesman license, we'd want to talk to you as well and can help you get licensed.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Perform residential service plumbing — repairs, installs, and maintenance (water heaters, softeners, PRVs, leaks, drain cleaning, etc.)
- Diagnose and complete work with professionalism, honesty, and efficiency
- Deliver 5-Star customer service on every call — we stand by our work with our

- Work Thursday through Monday (weekends required — our busiest days!)
- Collaborate with leadership and help shape the plumbing department as we scale
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for success
- Uphold TSBPE and local code compliance standards
- Participate in growth — mentoring future apprentices and supporting new hires
⭐ Qualifications
- Active Texas Tradesman or Journeyman license
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and work safely on residential job sites
⭐ Compensation & Performance
- 20% Commission - with a minimum guarantee of $800 week, and uncapped commission to the upside.
