As a Group Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.. Effectively prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility, making necessary trade-offs and communicating timelines to senior leadership.
Oversee A/B testing across the team, ensuring tests are complementary, properly sequenced, and actionable upon completion.
Ensure the product area is well-measured, with complementary KPIs across projects. Set appropriate KPIs, establish accurate tracking, and derive insights from raw data.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Expertise in A/B testing, qualitative research methodologies, and data analysis.
