Production Operator – Compounding Department

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our Compounding Department — where teamwork and attention to detail keep our production lines running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator (Compounding), you’ll play a vital role in preparing and processing product formulations according to exact specifications. You’ll ensure every batch meets our high standards for quality and compliance.
Your typical day includes:
- Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients following batch production orders
- Operating various types of production equipment safely and accurately
- Observing and reporting any unusual or abnormal product or process conditions
- Maintaining detailed, accurate production records and documentation
- Cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas according to SOPs
- Supporting continuous improvement and department goals
- Upholding all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred (training provided)
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
- Comfortable using both American and metric measurement systems
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to safety, quality, and continuous learning
Physical & Work Environment
- Standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 55 lbs) required
- Work performed in a clean, temperature-controlled environment
- Exposure to some dust and particulate matter — protective gear provided
