The Tiny Mess Club is looking for energetic, creative, and reliable individuals to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves early childhood development, sensory play, and making magic for little ones.
The Schedule
We are currently hiring team members to support our growing community at both of our studio locations: Pleasantville, NY and Larchmont, NY.

- Year-Round Local Candidates Only: This is a permanent position, not a seasonal summer job. Candidates must reside locally in the Westchester area year-round.
- We are seeking staff with flexible availability, Mondays-Sundays, for both morning and afternoon shifts. These are typically short, focused shifts (e.g., 9:00 AM – 11:15 AM, 10:15-12:15, or 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM) spread across several days a week.
- Room to Grow: As our club continues to expand, additional weekday and weekend hours will become available for team members looking to grow with us!
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Play: Guide toddlers and their grown-ups through messy, creative sensory classes.
- Be the Connection: Act as the face of the club, ensuring parents feel "in great hands" and kids feel like the stars of the show.
- Reset the Magic: Handle setup and cleanup, keeping our studio tidy and ready for play.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have a background in childcare, recreation, or early childhood education.
- A Natural Performer: You have "big energy" and love using funny voices, songs, and movement to engage toddlers.
- Reliable: You can commit to a consistent schedule starting mid-late July.
- A Pro at Flow: You’re great at time management and can keep a class moving on schedule.
- Physically Active: You are able to meet the demands of a sensory play environment, including lifting up to 60 lbs and comfortably moving between standing and floor-level play with children. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.)
- Technology Requirement: Candidates must have a reliable, modern smartphone with data to download and use our team communication and scheduling apps (like Connecteam and Slack).
