Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Be able to act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (PREFERRED)
- Experience in long-term care and home & community care
- Proficient in personal care and caregiving
- Knowledge of assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's care and memory care
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in cleaning and meal preparation
- Understanding of resident's rights and behavior management
Qualified candidates will have:
- Current Driver's License
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Current car insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
