- Exempt Reports to LOC Manager Full-time
SUMMARY OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Responsible for creating monthly usage reports, tracking all incoming shipments, and making updates / new entries to the master data in our ERP system. Analyzes customer forecasts to determine appropriate safety stock levels.
JOB DUTIES
- Use SAP Business One ERP system to track and control orders and inventory.
- Updates customer forecasts.
- Handles daily customer orders.
- Prepares all packing lists for domestic and international shipments and communicate with warehouse.
- Reviews customer forecast and incoming schedules.
- Checks/updates Bill of Lading (B/L) and Air Way Bill (AWB) and informs warehouse of all incoming shipments.
- Updates ship info and receiving file from warehouse.
- Performs physical inventory count at least bi-annually.
- Makes inventory adjustments.
- Additional duties as needed or assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have good communication skills and appropriate English language skills for a business environment.
In addition, those ideal for the position have the following:
Critical skills: Teamwork, flexibility, organized, leadership skills, planning, problem solving.
Technical skills: MS Office and proficiency with math analytical systems required. Second language helpful
(Japanese, Korean, Spanish). Experience with SAP Business One, is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED equivalent required, preferably in Business or 2 years’ experience in Purchasing,
Production Control, Scheduling and Expediting.
Ability to drive a forklift preferable. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
