Tutu School McKinney is seeking part-time ballet instructors! We are currently looking for teachers with flexible availability for weekday afternoon shifts and substitute teaching opportunities.
We’re looking for:
- A seasoned dancer with at least 5+ years of dance experience; emphasis in ballet preferred. Experience in theater/entertainment is not required but is very helpful!
- Someone who has worked closely with children as young as 18 months old up to 8 years old & enjoys working with children. Experience preferred: babysitting, nannying, classroom aide, teacher, etc.
- An outgoing, enthusiastic, punctual, communicative, organized individual who is able to teach 3 or more classes in a shift.
Tutu School is a collection of boutique-style ballet schools that cater specifically to children 6 months to 8 years-old. Our mission is simple: We believe that exposing children at the earliest possible age to creativity, movement, and classical music will only serve them well in whatever they choose to do with their lives, that dancing like swans and Sugar Plum Fairies not only exercises little bodies but also nurtures big imaginations, and that twirling should be a fundamental part of any childhood.
