Hiring: TWO TIG Welders (Thin Metal Fabrication) in Marietta
We are currently seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our team in a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on weldingvery thin metals, requiring a high level of control, consistency, and craftsmanship. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their welding ability in a hands-on evaluation.
Have 1st and 2nd shift available
PAY:$23.00/hour - $25.00/hour
Position Overview:
This position involves TIG welding in a production environment, with a strong emphasis on working withthin-gauge metal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and the ability to produce clean, precise welds. This is not an entry-level role—candidates must already have TIG welding experience and be able to demonstrate their skill.

Requirements:
- Proven experience withTIG welding(required)
- Experience weldingthin metals(required)
- Experience using afoot pedalfor TIG welding (required)
- Experience weldingstainless steel(strongly preferred)
- Must provide ownsteel toe bootsandwelding hood
Important Notes:
- Welding certifications alone are not sufficient—practical skill is required
- Candidates must successfully complete anon-site weld evaluationusing scrap material prior to hire
- Applicants who cannot demonstrate TIG welding ability or work with thin metal will not be considered
