EdenScapes is a fine gardening service company working on beautiful properties in Delaware County, PA. We design and install gardens and landscapes as well as conduct garden maintenance, spring and fall cleanups (no snow plowing).
We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable gardeners who can perform the full range of garden tasks - planting, pruning, cutting back, weeding, general grooming, edging and mulching. We expect our team members to be professional and dedicated to quality work.

Landscaping Team Member
Pay: $16-$26/hour
Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, 8AM-3PM
Work Location: Multiple locations
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Typical day includes:
- Safely operate equipment with all necessary personal protective equipment
- Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris
- Pull weeds as needed
- Clean site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks
- Prep soil uniformly for flower or groundcover installation
- Plant material properly considering depth, size, placement, and spacing
- Apply mulch appropriately for type of material
- Water material correctlyUnload equipment from trucks/trailers
- Wash equipment and truck
- Change equipment blades and oil
- Grease machines
Job requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, edger, sod cutter, large containers of mulch/plant material.
- Walk up to 10 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris.
- Bend and kneel up to 8 hours or more a day
- Work hours vary and may exceed 8 hours per day
- Work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, precipitation)
- Noise level may be loud at times and use of ear plugs is required (e.g.,backpack blowers, edger, sod cutter)
Landscaping Team Leader
Pay: $25-$30/hour
Qualifications:
Always ensure the safety of people first!
A minimum of 4-year experience in landscaping work
A minimum 3 years in a leadership role
Integrity, dependability, and a positive attitude in a team atmosphere.
Possess strong command of landscape design, horticultural and hardscape knowledge, efficient practices, and techniques.
Determination to deliver quality workmanship.
Strong estimation skills
Experienced in operating equipment: bobcat, mini excavator, backhoe, tractors etc.
Maintain equipment and delegate tasks to keep the equipment functional, and clean.
Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation - a truck is a plus!
Ability to lift or carry 80 pounds
Crew Leaders daily responsibilities include:
Morning truck & equipment inspection.
Prepare equipment and material needed for each job
Perform landscape installation, spring cleanup, fall-leaf cleanup
Lead to perform weekly landscape maintenance services.
Train crew members
