Job Duties:
- Freight quotations and creating BOL/Labels
- Log received orders, fulfill/bill/revise orders, scan/file completed orders
- Process RMA/Generate Credit Memo and provide POD
- Notify Sales/Purchasing of Order Revisions
- Document Errors & TOS and box counts
- Coordinate Pick-Up Appointments/Check-In Drivers
- Processes Involving EDI, TL, 3rd Party, LTL, Will Call, Local Deliveries, & UPS/Fed Ex/E-biz
- Conduct Inventory Checks
- Work with multiple departments to coordinate the processing of orders through emails, phone calls, and other methods of communication.
- Organizing invoices; Follow-up with vendors for materials, supplies, and maintenance services
- Monitor container status daily and assist with establishing machine/parts checklist
- Establish and maintain a filing system for department records
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
- Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Welcome visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
- Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents including official correspondence and presentations
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings; Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture with Generating PO for Supplier using NetSuite or Excel
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Perform other relevant duties when needed

COMPENSATION:
Up to $18.00 per hour DOE. Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
