Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Stake Truck Driver to support daily local transportation needs. This role involves operating a stake‑bed truck to deliver, pick up, and transport materials as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stake truck in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Load and secure materials for transport
- Complete deliveries and pickups according to daily schedule
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers as needed
- Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies
Skills
- Valid CDL license (A or B)
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
Hours:
Monday - Friday (OT as needed)
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
