Concrete Finisher
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our precast team in Rapid City, South Dakota. As a Concrete Finisher, you’ll play a key role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production and finishing of high-quality precast concrete products.
About the Role
- Finish, smooth, and detail precast concrete to meet high quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and power tools for grinding, patching, and surface preparation.
- Perform form setup, stripping, and cleanup as needed.
- Inspect products for defects and complete necessary touch ups.
- Work alongside team members to support production, communicate effectively, and assist as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Work in various weather conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What We’re Looking For
- Power troweling experience required.
- Experience with all types of finishing tools including floats, steels, and broom.
- A dependable, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.
- Commitment to safety and strong attention to detail.
