We are seeking compassionate, motivated EMT-Basics and EMT-Intermediates (AEMTs) to join our growing NEMT ( non-emergency medical transport) service in Gallup, New Mexico. We provide emergency and non-emergency medical transportation while delivering exceptional patient care to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
- be on call for non-emergency transportation calls.
- attend patients during transport and provide care within your New Mexico certification level and established protocols.
- Safely operate and navigate stretcher equiped vehicle.
- Monitor and document patient condition and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and medical personnel.
- Perform daily ambulance inspections and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, stocked, and mission-ready.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
- Treat every patient, family member, and healthcare partner with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Current New Mexico EMT-Basic or EMT-Intermediate (AEMT) License
- Current National Registry certification (preferred)
- Current BLS Provider certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical as required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely
Preferred Qualifications
- EVOC or CEVO certification
- ICS/NIMS certifications
- CPR Instructor or additional EMS certifications
