Zing Recruiting is partnering with a global specialty chemicals company known for developing innovative solutions that improve everyday products and processes. The company manufactures specialty chemical and surfactant products supporting the personal care and consumer products industries.
We are seeking Specialty Chemical Operators for 1st and 3rd shift in Bowling Green, Ohio area to join the team!
Shift:
1st shift: 6am-630pm
2nd shift: 6pm-630am
pay: $22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine rounds and field testing to monitor equipment, product quality, and process conditions.
- Complete assigned operations tasks and perform basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety practices, and site policies.
- Monitor process performance and accurately record equipment and production data.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause investigations.
- Train new operators and share knowledge with team members.
- Support plant performance goals and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform operator care activities to maintain safe and reliable plant operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work 12 hours shifts
- Have experience working with chemicals
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
