Job Description:
Uniphore is seeking a highly strategic and action-oriented VP, Chief of Staff to join team in the Office of the CEO. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will serve as a critical partner to the CEO and the leadership team, driving execution on key strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and fostering alignment across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting Uniphore’s growth and innovation.
Strategic Leadership: Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO, including business development initiatives, innovation strategies, and corporate development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of operational processes and programs, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive OKRs, and Board of Directors reporting.
Educational Background: BA with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar analytical roles; MBA preferred.
