American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab assignment requiring at least 2 years of experience and a minimum of one prior travel assignment.

Inpatient rehab unit within an acute care hospital setting
-
Patient diagnoses include orthopedics, transplant, med/surg, neurology, and ICU cases
-
Required clinical skill areas include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
-
Full-time, 40-hour work week on day shifts

Alternating 8-hour shifts: 7:00–15:30 or 10:30–19:00

13-week contract

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required

Acute care hospital experience preferred
-
At least 1 prior travel assignment required

Current BLS certification required

Active state PT license required if applicable

Experience with cardiopulmonary, geriatric, neurological, oncological, and orthopedic patient populations required

Flu vaccine required for all staff at this facility

Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate

2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
