Job Description
This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc., as well as handling the daily accounting functions for the hotel and closing out the financial day.
Job Requirements
- Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
- Part-Time available.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous Hotel Front Desk experience required.
- Able to stand for 8 hours during shift.
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
- Mainly we are looking for a reliable floating shift desk person
- Weekends, Holidays, AM, PM and Overnight flexibility and willingness is needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Choice Advantage PM experience is prefered
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work at the front desk and handle guest services
- Ability to multitask and work alone
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality management and night audit processes
