Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for preparing luxury residential units after tenant move-outs, ensuring they are restored to the highest standards of appearance. The ideal candidate has strong painting skills, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering exceptional results in upscale environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform touch-up and full-room painting for apartments during tenant move-outs.
- Patch holes, repair minor wall damage, and prep surfaces for painting
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently to meet tight turnover timelines.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Experience with move-out painting
- Ability to use painting tools, rollers, sprayers, and cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Previous experience in apartments, condos, or residential properties
- Customer service skills and professional appearance
- Flexible availability for weekends or short-notice move-outs
