Company Overview:
We’re looking for a client-facing Solutions Architect who thrives in a pre-sales environment and enjoys partnering closely with Sales to win new business.
This is not an internal IT architecture role—this position is focused on driving revenue, supporting complex deals, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
You will work directly with Account Executives and customers to design and present solutions across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Networks, IoT, and AI, helping translate business challenges into compelling technical solutions.
Responsibilities:

Partner with Account Executives to drive new revenue and support deal strategy

Lead customer-facing technical discovery, presentations, and solution positioning

Support RFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract discussions

Actively contribute to pipeline development and deal progression

Participate in sales forecasting and account planning

Engage directly with mid-market and enterprise customers (not internal stakeholders)

Build trusted relationships from technical teams to executive leadership

Deliver demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)

Design end-to-end, multi-domain solutions (Cloud, Security, Network, etc.)

Translate business requirements into technical architectures

Develop roadmaps and “to-be” solution strategies

Serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle

Clearly articulate value propositions and ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
Qualifications:
✅ MUST-HAVE:
-
5+ years in a pre-sales / sales engineering / solutions architect role

Proven experience in a customer-facing role supporting revenue generation

Demonstrated success supporting or influencing complex deals

Experience presenting to external clients (not just internal teams)

Background in at least one: Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Managed Services
Not a fit if your experience is primarily:

Internal IT architecture

Delivery-only or post-sales implementation roles
-
Supporting internal stakeholders rather than external customers

Experience in multi-solution selling (Cloud + Security + Network)

Familiarity with RFP processes and solution proposals

Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, Security, or Networking
Pay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
