Our brand new hospital is a general practice and urgent care. Our new hospital is hiring for qualified veterinary professionals who share our vision of a new, compassion focused approach to veterinary medicine. We are seeking a receptionist with 2-3 years of veterinary experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client information and pet medical history
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of veterinary reception experience
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology
- Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with both staff and clients
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients
- Ability to handle high stress situations
