Primary Responsibilities
- Self-generate leads through networking, individual brand building, neighborhood canvassing, and social media marketing.
- Follow up on assigned leads and qualify customers based on the scope of work.
- Inspect homes and identify potential problem areas.
- Attend scheduled inspections with existing and prospective customers as set.
- Document customer needs with photos and videos during the inspection.
- Create and submit signed contracts to the office.
- Assist and guide customers through the insurance claims process.
- Understand the products and services that we offer.
- Work with the Sales Manager to hit goals.
- Stay positive and focused on your goals!
- Attend company meetings, training and development workshops and team-building events.
Skills and Relative Experience
- Organized and efficient with time management.
- Able to be coachable.
- Decision-making and problem resolution skills.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to carry a ladder and climb roofs.
- Sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials not necessary (but HIGHLY desirable)
