We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative and legal support background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Position Overview:
The Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys and staff by assisting with case management, document preparation, court and agency filings, client communications, and administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive professional who is highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, organize, review, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
· Assist attorneys with court, agency, and administrative filings.
· Manage electronic and physical filing systems and ensure records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
· Coordinate document collection and organization for client matters.
· Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
· Communicate with clients, government agencies, courts, and other third parties as directed.
· Assist with preparation of legal correspondence, forms, and other case-related materials.
· Conduct basic legal and factual research as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm procedures and professional standards.
· Support attorneys and staff with administrative and operational needs as required.
Qualifications:

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
