Position Summary: Responsible for administration of the Field Service group.
Position Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed

Maintain Service site on SESCOshare to include:
-
Service Requests
-
Work project updates
-
Upload panel schedules and one lines
-
Maintain LCDservice@sescolighting email
-
RMA organization
-
Create expense reports by project for Field Service Techs to turn over to project administrator

Inventory management for field service parts
-
SESCO Tech Support number, first point of contact
-
Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
-
Create and distribute final project documents as needed
-
Other Duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
-
Must possess 1 year of experience in construction related field

Possess excellent communication skills
-
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
-
Excellent follow-up skills required
-
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and BlueBeam experience a plus
-
Travel to factories as needed for product training
