Job Description
The Fitness Coach is a part-time role at Graviton contributing to the company's overall success and strategy.
The Fitness Coach is responsible for:
- Leading group fitness classes (strength and conditioning).
- Performing One on One training sessions to onboard new members into our training program.
- Completing administrative duties related to member service.
- Providing feedback and insights about the group class experience.
- Support membership retention efforts by completing on-going digital and in-person coaching touch points.

Qualifications
- Prior fitness coaching experience including teaching and overseeing groups.
- Successful track record of promoting fitness programs and sessions.
- Committed to the overall success of Graviton through supporting the day-to-day operations as needed to ensure top notch facilities and excellent member experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate with diverse individuals and groups.
- Organized, flexible and resourceful.
- Desire to constantly develop and improve member experience.
- A willingness to work on weekends, evenings and some holidays as needed.
Position Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelors in Education, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Psychology or Relevant education/experience will be considered.
- Maintain active fitness trainer certification. Certification must be approved by Graviton.
- Maintain valid CPR/AED certification.
- Fitness industry experience including group coaching, personal training, sales and program facilitation, preferred.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Satisfactory CORI check.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
