ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will join TAGeX Brands as a proven sales professional — you will be assigned a territory and offered leads and expected to grow your territory. You have proven experience and love the hunt — now it’s time to put it to work. We want someone with the drive to learn new approaches to sales, the discipline to put in the reps, and the competitive hunger to close deals and help their customers. You will call on small and mid-sized restaurant businesses and food service providers, and build toward 50+ calls a day with full manager support, training, and a defined process behind every step.
Our onboarding process helps you build your portfolio and deepen your understanding of TAGeX Brands products and services. Here you get to shadow client meetings and build the product knowledge, understand the food service industry, collaborate with a team, and learn proven selling skills that will make you successful long term.

Your solving major client challenges with our services. We are the only national provider at this scale. This isn’t a role where deals come to you. You hunt them, develop those relationships, and close them. You build and manage a pipeline, generate most of your own leads, and hit quota — independently on standard deals and collaboratively with your manager on complex or major opportunities. And when you do, your commissions are 100% uncapped — every deal you close, right from the start, puts more money directly in your pocket, with no ceiling on what you can earn.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for Account Executive
4-8 years of B2B sales, hunting and high-volume cold calling, customer-facing, or territory sales experience preferred. Restaurant, food service, or equipment industry experience is a plus.
- Proven record of achieving goals and objectives personally or professionally.
- Ability to work in a team environment that shares in planning and execution.
- Strong solution-based skills and effective problem-solving while uncovering objections and challenges with a consultative approach.
- Demonstrated organizational skills include managing multiple priorities, attention to detail, and strong execution, and creative can-do thinker.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop relationships personally and professionally.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to cold call, prospect, self-generate pipeline, and close standard deals independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Compensation---Your Earnings have No Ceiling!
- Base Salary: of $50,000 – $65,000 + commissions [commission potential uncapped]
- On-Target-Earnings at the low end potential $92,500+

Travel: Very little. Schedule: 8am – 4pm core hours
