Position Objective: As a Property Management Security Guard, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and residents. The guard will address noise complaints,monitor entrances/exits, accept packages, and complete other assigned tasks. The guard will be required to provide detailed shift notes and incident reports.
Key Responsibilities

Greet all residents, guests and vendors entering the building; manage the property guest list

Create detailed shift notes and incident reports for client

Answer phone and provide access for authorized personnel

Monitor CCTV screens and remain vigilant at all times

Accept packages and handle per client requirements

Engage law enforcement as required and document accordingly

Other duties as assigned

Provide outstanding customer service at all times in all interactions
- Maintain excellent client relationship; ensure client expectations are met or exceeded at all times

Ensure Market Manager and Executive Team member are included on all client communications

Able to stand and/or walk up to 12-hours per shift

Available to travel up to 25%

High school diploma
-
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience

Thorough knowledge of emergency response procedures and security protocols

Ability to pass criminal background check
-
Ability to obtain state guard card (if required)

Military experience strongly preferred
