Job Overview
Positions available for Part-time and Full-time. Flexible scheduling! Perfect for parents who only want to work during school hours, as a second job, or for college students. Weekend availability is required for all full-time employees on a rotating basis. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. All supplies/equipment provided.
*This is a W2 paid position. NO 1099. Direct deposit, tips, mileage reimbursement, and bonuses are included.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene standards across all surfaces and floors
- Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for durability and shine
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, and sanitation practices required for effective service delivery
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks with care
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any special requests
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
