Attention to cleanliness of all service tools (dishware, glasses, utensils, etc.)
Work in somewhat isolated environment with minimal staff contact
Maintain, clean, and correct any problems with dish machine
Maintain cleanliness of work area during all periods of business (especially busy times)
Effectively take in, organize, and put away all delivered product from various vendors – following all food safety policies and procedures (stocking of product)
Be aware of your surrounding
Need to have knowledge of the operation of the dish machine
Close area properly, according to the training manual/department
Able to take part in cleaning projects with team mates as assigned by a supervisor
Removal of trash and properly disposing trash in designated area
Mop and sweep as needed
Assist with hotboxes and the transportation of food
