A U.S.-based energy technology manufacturer is seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Manager to lead local field service operations supporting advanced power and oilfield equipment in the Midland–Odessa Basin.
This role is locally focused and intended for candidates who live in the Midland/Odessa area or are willing to relocate. The position oversees a small, hands-on service team and plays a key role in improving response time, reducing service costs, and maintaining high equipment uptime for customers operating in demanding field environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage after-sales field service operations in the Midland–Odessa region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, escalations, and technical support
- Build, supervise, and develop a local field service team to minimize travel and per diem costs
- Plan and manage service schedules aligned with operational field requirements
- Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and power-generation systems
- Ensure all service activities meet safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support customized equipment and field improvements
- Track service performance, costs, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, power generation, or industrial field service environments
- Prior experience managing field service or after-sales service teams
- Strong background in electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage schedules, costs, and customer expectations
- Hands-on leadership style with strong safety awareness
- Experience working in West Texas or similar oilfield environments
- Must reside in the Midland/Odessa area or be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Electrician or Electrical Contractor
- Experience with power generation equipment, turbine
