Kitchenette is looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Server to join our team. This is a daytime position, perfect for someone who wants steady morning shifts and evenings off.
We are looking for someone with full daytime availability to manage ordering, staffing, and cash management.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Take orders accurately and handle cash/card transactions
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to standard
- Assist with light food running and maintaining a smooth flow of service
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and positive guest experience
Qualifications:
- Customer service or café experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Comfortable working as a cashier, barista, and host in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Manager's Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (or willingness to obtain)
