Personal injury plaintiff’s firm seeks a New York State admitted attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have solid and successful experience handling Labor Law 240(1), 241(6) and 200 cases (construction accident), including but not limited to vast knowledge of the applicable law, motion practice (with strong writing, research and argument skills in the area); conducting and defending depositions. Salary commensurate with experience.
