Job Title: Line Lead/ Supervisor
The Line Lead position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and cleanliness of the assigned manufacturing line. The position is responsible for achieving production goals and maintaining run standards on their assigned line. The Line Lead will ensure that all food safety and conformance requirements are met. The position will also be responsible for enforcing all company policies with the staff assigned to their line.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production on assigned line(s).
2. Lead up to 30 packers, pickers, and machine operators.
3. Work on the line and assist packers/pickers/machine operators as needed.
4. Communicate equipment issues/concerns to the maintenance staff.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area on and around the assigned line(s).
6. Monitor material needs on the line and request replenishment of packaging materials at least an hour prior to the estimated time of need.
7. Enforce all GMPs and safety regulations.
8. Complete and review all production paperwork and ensure accurate production reporting.
9. Monitor line efficiencies.
10. Monitor product quality and conformance -- interface with processing and quality as needed.
11. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements:

1. Must have a thorough understanding of English and the ability to utilize English in both verbal and written forms. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
2. a Basic understanding of math, the ability to complete addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems.
3. Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for 95% of the work day.
4. High school diploma or GED is desired.
5. Previous experience as a line lead preferred.

Shift/Hours 2nd shift 2:00pm-11:15 pm
3rd shift 10:00pm-7:00am
Starting pay rate/yearly salary:
$18.50/hr for 2nd shift
$19.00/hr for 3rd shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
