American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital surgical services position covering General, Robotics, Laparoscopic, Bariatrics, Urology, Gyne, Ortho, and Vascular cases.

Work in a hospital surgical services department with 9 OR rooms and 1 cysto room

Case types include General, Robotics, Laparoscopic, Bariatrics, Urology, Gyne, Ortho, and Vascular surgeries

Day shift schedule from 9a-7p with typically 2 late shifts per week
-
Weekday on-call shift required once per week from 7p-7a following a 9a-7p shift, with the next day off
-
Weekend call required once per schedule, either Sat/Sun 7a-7p or Sat/Sun 7p-7a
-
Call may be taken from home as long as you can arrive within 30 minutes, with on-site arrangements available if preferred

Schedules are built in 6-week blocks

May occasionally be asked to float to another hospital location, though this is rare

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required

License required if applicable

Hospital OR experience across multiple surgical specialties preferred

Assist with room turnovers, breaks, lunches, and setup for the following day's cases before entering assigned OR at 2:45pm

Responsible for stocking and preparing surgical supplies

Morning and afternoon breaks along with a 30-minute lunch are provided
