Immediate opening for a Warehouse Area Lead (2nd Shift) in Redlands, CA who possesses:
- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Warehouse Lead with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, procedures, and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of pick, pack, and ship processes within a distribution environment.
- Experience using RF scanners is highly preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including:
- Sit-down forklift
- Stand-up reach forklift
- Cherry picker
- Turret truck
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:40 PM

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop employees to maximize performance.
- Coordinate workflow across warehouse areas to meet production goals.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Palletize, label, weigh, and wrap outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills; English required for safety and operational purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Salary Range: $21.50/Hour
