Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of concrete installation and finishing
- Prepare job sites, set forms, base, and place reinforcement materials
- Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces
- Operate company equipment, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Concrete labor and/or finishing experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
