Join our vibrant taproom team as a Taproom Associate, where your energy and hospitality will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this role, you’ll be the face of our craft brewery, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly managing beverage service, sales, and POS transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take beverage orders accurately using Arryved POS , processing cash and card transactions efficiently
- Serve beer with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom area, including bar surfaces, glassware, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering
- Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures during food service and beverage preparation
- Support bar management in daily operations, including cash handling, processing transactions, opening and closing shifts
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles; fine dining or restaurant experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of craft beer a plus but not necessary, will train the right canidate
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food/beverage costing
- Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Previous bartending or cocktail experience is a plus
- Ability to work weekend hours including some holidays as this is a weekend business.
