Header: Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards, incorporating innovative learning technology and instructional design principles.
- Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and library services, ensuring accessibility for students with diverse needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through conflict management strategies and behavior management techniques to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress regularly using quantitative analysis of performance data, adjusting instruction accordingly to meet individual learning goals.
- Collaborate with special education teams to support students with disabilities or those requiring additional assistance through multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).
- Maintain accurate records of student performance data, attendance, and behavioral observations in compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through clear and positive communication skills.

- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for early childhood education.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education services or early childhood development support.

- Ability to analyze student performance data for ongoing assessment and instructional adjustments.
- Knowledge of educational compliance regulations, Montessori or Toddler care approaches preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, engaging parents, and supporting student growth.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching physical education, literacy education, math, or library services within a private school setting is advantageous.
