Local Pay: $60.00/Hour – $65.00/Hour

Learn Beyond Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR and follow facility protocols.
Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire RN License – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- Minimum 1 year of Rehabilitation or LTC experience – Required
- Must be willing to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
