Spring Hill Behavioral Education Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) to children with autism. This is a part-time position that will grow to 20–26 hours per week, with required after-school availability until 6:00 PM on weekdays.
This role encompasses some in-home services as well as center Based Services with social skills groups and integrated play groups. It is an estimated 80/20 split with most services being center Based.
Most clients present with mild to moderate needs, but occasional cases involve more severe behaviors (approx. 1 in 10 clients). We need someone confident in managing a range of behaviors with professionalism and compassion.

- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- 1+ year ABA experience (severe behavior experience preferred)
